Under representation of women and minorities at senior leadership roles in cyber security, reduces the number of candidates who enter the cyber security field, which decrease organizations' ability to counter the impending threat. 

This panel of successful, senior cybersecurity leaders will share their stories  and unique journeys that they took to become influencers in cybersecurity. They will talk about the unique challenges (and opportunities) for women and minorities in cybersecurity. They will share perspective about the direction of the industry, and most pressing challenges they face. Perhaps most importantly, they will share mentorship advice for those considering entering the field today.
