ICMCP Capture the Flag
ScenarioThe city of Atlanta has suffered a cyber attack. During initial investigation, it has determined that that hackers have managed to deploy a version of “Ransomware” on numerous host. These machines are critical to aspects of city planning, law enforcement, and municipalities.

Mission:  Find a way back into the network and locate flags(artifacts). These flags will aid
participants in kicking the attackers out of the environment and allowing city officials the
opportunity to continue service its citizens.

Scoring: Flags are an interactive type of Level, which can include embedded Attachments and Links.
This allows for challenges related to a particular file or web link. For example, an image
containing steganography can be attached to a flag. FYI, flags with be created dependent on
participant’s skill level. Suggest survey for participants at registration.

Number of Flags: 10. Subject to vary based on number of participants

Time Limit: 3-4 Human Hours
