What Do You Do When Leadership, Inc
Solutions Strategist / President & CEO
Jackie Stallings Evans’ experience in technology and sales spans 30 years – from an entry level programmer to an executive.  Upon joining IBM, she worked on IBM’s government contract to prepare the United States to respond to an anti-ballistic missile attack from the Soviet Union. Jackie worked in IBM’s Sales and Talent Development business units at the local, regional and headquarters levels.  She gained extensive corporate leadership experience in management, training, organizational consulting, coaching, brand management and business development.  Some of her accomplishments include:
  • 2nd level technical support Regional Manager for IBMs tri-state area (NY, NJ and CT),
  • Global Education & Learning Leader for one of IBM’s largest customer training curriculums
  • Headquarters Program Leader for two major cultural transformation initiatives (transforming the Sales Profession into a more responsive Services organization and transforming the Sales organization into a high performing culture)
  • Headquarters Sales Learning Leader responsible for identifying critical sales learning requirements and recommending processes to close skill gaps
Jackie’s corporate journey to executive included many personal missteps amidst numerous victories.  Her Southern roots instilled in her that “to whom much is given, much is expected.”  And, in 2015, these powerful “lessons learned” propelled Jackie to form What Do You Do When Leadership, Inc., a minority and woman owned management consulting firm.  She is on a mission to transform leaders into high performing leaders.
Jackie graduated from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia with her B.S. in Mathematics and received her MBA from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.  She is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a board-certified coach (BCC) for the Center for Credentialing & Education, a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered coach, a certified coach for The Leadership Circle 360 and a Ken Blanchard training partner.  She is certified as an SBA Women Owned Small Business and a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
